Commercial guide

Five inputs that make an OEM brief useful.

Translate a product idea into a specification and a commercial discussion.

CEON AGRI · Technical insight

Define the end user

Name the crop, growing system, application route and customer segment. A nursery concentrate and a consumer ready-to-use product need different specifications and instructions.

Set the pack and destination

Give the target nutrient profile, format, desired pack sizes, label language and delivery market. Include practical constraints such as available dosing equipment or shelf space.

Bring a commercial range

Specify expected order volume and timing without treating them as an agreed minimum order or lead time. The manufacturing route, documentation and supply terms can then be confirmed together.
