How CEON Enterprise Ltd uses information from this website and your business enquiries.
Updated 11 October 2026
Who we are
CEON Enterprise Ltd, company number 13437200, is responsible for personal information used to answer website and trade enquiries. Our registered office is Office 403, Screenworks, 22 Highbury Grove, London N5 2ER. Our Belfast office is Scottish Provident Building, 7 Donegall Square West, Belfast BT1 6JH. Contact info@ceonagri.co.uk about your information.
Information you provide
Our enquiry form asks for your name, business email, company, destination and requirements. Phone number, crop, quantities and other project details are optional. You review the enquiry before sending it. The website does not take payments or request payment-card details. Please include only information needed for your business enquiry.
How enquiries are delivered
Choosing Submit enquiry sends the reviewed details through FormSubmit to info@ceonagri.co.uk. FormSubmit provides form processing and email delivery; its service includes a submission archive retained for 30 days. Read FormSubmit’s privacy information. You may instead open the prepared brief in your email application, copy it or download it. Your chosen email provider then processes that message under its own terms.
How we use your information
We use your details to respond, prepare requested quotations and technical information, manage business relationships and meet legal duties. Depending on the enquiry, this supports steps you request before a contract, our legitimate interests in answering business enquiries and maintaining business records, or legal obligations. Optional product-update emails require your separate permission; you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.
Sharing and retention
Relevant details may be shared with CEON technical, supply, logistics or professional advisers where needed to answer your enquiry or fulfil agreed services. Our hosting and communications providers also process information needed to operate and secure their services. We do not sell personal data. CEON keeps correspondence for as long as needed for the business discussion, contractual or legal requirements and dispute management. Contact us for information about a particular record or recipient.
Cookies, device storage and analytics
This website does not load advertising or optional analytics services. Product comparison choices are stored on your device so you can use the shortlist across pages. Clear the comparison tray, use Cookie preferences or clear your browser’s site data to remove them. Form text stays in the current page’s memory until you choose to send, copy or download it. The hosting provider may process connection and security logs to deliver the site.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing. You may withdraw optional marketing permission without affecting the handling of your enquiry. Email info@ceonagri.co.uk to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office or the relevant supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.
