The 46 designation refers to the urea feedstock, with nitrogen in the ureic form. The coating loading and finished-product nitrogen assay are specified separately for the order. This CARBON grade contains no NBPT and is distinct from N-TECH 46 protected urea. Carbon colour or coating alone does not establish urease inhibition, nitrification inhibition or a defined slow-release period.

Application guidance

Apply to soil under the farm nitrogen plan, accounting for manure, previous applications, crop demand and conditions. Calculate product kg/ha as required nitrogen kg/ha divided by the declared finished-product nitrogen fraction. Use the finished-product declaration, not an assumed 46% after coating. Calibrate the spreader for the supplied granule and application rate.

Preparation and handling

Keep dry and sealed. Confirm blend compatibility, coating integrity and spreading characteristics for the supplied grade. Follow the batch label and SDS.
